June has started off great! Sunday, my family went to the park and enjoyed a 2 hour bike ride. This morning my fitness group and I played Zombies, Run!. I want to keep this streak going. So, here is my workout schedule for June.
Sunday – Bike ride at a park/ rest
Monday – Zombies, Run! with my group
Tuesday – Walk 4 miles home from internship
Wednesday – Walk 4 miles home from internship
Thursday – Walk 4 miles home from internship
Friday – Zombies, Run! with my group
Saturday – 8 mile walk and picnic
This is just for June because I don’t know what July will hold for me because I’m graduating July 1st. I’m going to take this by a month-to-month basis.
